LSEG Workspace Browser Extension
The LSEG Workspace Browser Extension is a free Chrome extension developed by LSEG Chrome Extension. It allows users to run multiple LSEG Workspace sessions simultaneously on the same computer, without the need to close any sessions. This extension can be accessed through both the LSEG Workspace desktop app and a web browser.
Key features of the LSEG Workspace Browser Extension include a Launcher that provides quick access to all data within web pages, a Screenshot tool that allows users to create annotated screenshots with a simple right-click, a Downloads Manager to manage and retrieve downloads, and Tabs Management to quickly locate and navigate to any open Workspace tab. The extension also offers shortcuts to open Workspace in a new tab or pop-up window, easy access to System Test and Logs collection for troubleshooting, authentication triggers, and the ability to use Workspace Desktop, Workspace Web, and Refinitiv 365 simultaneously on the same workstation.
There are a couple of known issues with the LSEG Workspace Browser Extension. The /OUT Launcher command is not yet functioning, and private network support is currently not available due to unexpected deactivation of the extension. However, the developer assures that these issues will be resolved in future updates.
